I created Psyche & Salt because I want you to feel inspired, excited and empowered to care for the health of your mind and body because this is what helps you feel more alive mentally, emotionally, socially, creatively, sexually, energetically, and spiritually.
I work with women because the culture and society offer a very unrealistic perspective and distorted lens of womanhood. I feel strongly that the modern woman needs a reliable, honest, and reality based lens through which she can see herself accurately, and where she can use her core beliefs and values as a touchstone for her personal growth.
As a woman you are complex, multilayered, intuitive, powerful, and deep. You deserve the opportunity to explore and understand yourself on every level including your history, body systems, personal story, genetics, ethnicity, race, culture, life phase, dietary habits, and sexuality.
This is why I practice using an integrative approach that considers you as the whole person that you are within the context of your unique life.
