The gap between knowing why you do something and actually doing it differently - that's where this work lives.

How I Work

I call the framework I work from The Mirrored Self Method, because I kept encountering the same thing in clinical work, over and over: people who were intelligent, self-aware, deeply invested in their own growth, and still couldn't move a particular thing that lived at the center of their experience.

They understood the pattern. They just couldn't change it.

That gap - between insight and embodiment - is where this work lives.

Where the Esoteric Comes In

I am a clinical psychologist. I was trained in the architecture of the psyche — developmental theory, defense structures, the neuroscience of how experience becomes pattern. That training is the foundation of everything I do, and I take it seriously.

But I've always known that the psyche doesn't live in the clinical world alone.

The clinical world gives us precision. It gives us language for what happened and how it shaped us. What it doesn't always give us is a way to reach the parts that resist language — the pre-verbal, the symbolic, the parts of ourselves that think in image and metaphor and myth rather than narrative.

That's where astrology and tarot come in. Not as belief systems. Not as fortune-telling. As precision instruments for accessing what ordinary language can't quite hold.

Your birth chart, in this work, is not something I read to you. It's something we use together — a map of the archetypal tensions you came in carrying, the paradoxes your particular psyche is here to integrate. Tarot functions as a reflective tool, a way of dialoguing with the parts of yourself that resist direct inquiry.

These aren't additions to the psychological work. They're the same work, happening in a different register.

What This Actually Looks Like

We begin with what you bring — not with a framework, not with your chart, not with a card spread. With you. What's present. What keeps surfacing. What you've tried that helped and what ultimately didn't hold.

From there, the work builds its own shape. Some of it will look like traditional depth psychotherapy — sitting with difficult material, tracing patterns to their origins, learning to be present with what's been avoided. Some of it will involve your birth chart as a living document we return to when it's useful, or tarot as a way of opening a door that's been stuck. Some of it will be somatic — working with the body as the place where unintegrated experience actually lives.

What I'm offering isn't a protocol. It's a container — one that's rigorous enough to hold real complexity and spacious enough that you don't have to leave any part of yourself outside the door.

You Might Be Ready For This Work If:

  • You've done therapy before and it helped, but you've hit a ceiling

  • You understand your patterns intellectually but can't seem to shift them

  • You're tired of managing symptoms and ready to work at the root

  • You want a therapist who can hold both psychological rigor and symbolic depth

  • You're done performing growth and ready to actually transform

  • You sense there's something more available to you, but you can't quite reach it alone

This is slow work. It asks something of you — not in terms of effort or willpower, but in terms of willingness. Willingness to stay with discomfort long enough to understand it rather than manage it. Willingness to let something move that has been very carefully held in place.

Beneath the Surface

Engages you in honest exploration of what's truly calling for transformation - moving beyond surface-level goals to uncover the deeper longings and authentic desires that hold the key to your real change.

  • This is the entry point of psychotherapy. A process of self-activation, the decision point where you consent to your own becoming. Think of it as a truth excavation or the gentle yet thorough exploration beneath your stated reasons for seeking change.

If you've been telling yourself you came to therapy to "manage stress" or "improve relationships" while sensing there are deeper longings calling to you, we will work together to uncover what you're truly seeking - and what wants to emerge in your life.

Through compassionate existential inquiry, courageous curiosity, and honest self-examination, we'll explore the authentic desires that hold your real transformation. You'll be invited to look honestly at what's genuinely working in your life versus what you've been settling for.

This is about honoring the gap between the life you're living, and the life that's calling to you.

Identity Alchemy

Guides you through the profound work of answering "who am I" beyond roles and performative patterns in preparation for the full embodiment of your essential nature.

  • We fear and crave becoming truly ourselves, yet deep down we intuitively know that there is more to us then we allow.

Identity Alchemy is transformative inner work that guides you out of living inauthentically. You will embark on an exploratory process that will liberate you from the masks, conditioning, and expectations that have been laminated over your true self.

We will sift through the multiple selves that are fragmented and in conflict, and we will explore both the gifts you've been hiding and the parts of yourself you've been avoiding. This is profound self-discovery work and psychological exploration that will leave you feeling seen and accepted for who you are.

Practical Magic

Shifts your perspective of the world so you trust your own inner guidance to become an active creator of your life experiences rather than constantly seeking approval and external validation.

  • Through the establishment of daily rituals and intentional practices, you will learn that transformation happens through consistent, conscious action.

Letting go of wishful thinking or unrealistic expectations creates space for both critical thinking and creative imagination. This is about taking loving responsibility for your mindset, your environment, and your daily choices.

When you become the magician of your life, you come to realize that conscious creators don't leave their most important decisions to chance, impulse, or other people's agendas. You'll discover how small, consistent practices grow into profound life changes when approached with intention and care.

Soul Mirror Integration

Deep inner shadow work that illuminates the lighter and darker aspects of yourself so they can be fully integrated leaving you feeling whole and empowered to live as your highest self.

  • Soul Mirror Integration is deep inner work that helps you release what no longer serves your highest good to become the most aligned version of who you want to be. This is confronting work that creates lasting change.

You will finally reclaim the qualities, characteristics, perspectives, and instincts you have over-ridden or avoided so that what was once rejected or hidden becomes the source of your strength and authenticity.

But insight without action is just interesting information - so this is where you start doing the courageous work of embodying and living your life as your highest self. This requires dedication, consistent practice, and the willingness to transform rather than just understand.
